I provide MDFT to teens and their families who want to improve family communication, functioning, and help get the teen back on track. My work focuses on supporting the parent to create helpful boundaries within the family, encouraging the teen to be open and thoughtful about their behavior, and facilitate positive communication in the family setting. I believe it’s never too late to make a difference in the lives of adolescents.

Adkins Counseling Services was founded by Josie and Josh Adkins, a married couple of clinically licenced professional counselors who share a passion for helping teens and their families. They bring years of professional experience to their work and provide high-quality, evidence-based services to ensurie that each client receives the best possible care. We are proud to serve the rural communities of Southeast Idaho.
